Zoho (CRM)

Steps to set up Zoho (CRM) with Xkit

1. Add the Zoho (CRM) connector in the Xkit platform.

  • In the Xkit platform, click "New Connector" in the sidebar.
  • Click on the "Zoho (CRM)" connector.
  • You will see a callback URL, which you will provide to Zoho (CRM) in one of the following steps, and places to input the Client ID and Client Secret that you will get from Zoho (CRM) after registering your app with them.

2. Create Client with Zoho (CRM) and provide Xkit callback URL.

  • In a separate window, visit the Zoho API Console.
  • Sign in to your Zoho (CRM) account or create an account if you don't have one.
  • Click "Add Client" and select "Sever-based Applications".
  • Enter the Client Name, Homepage URL, and Xkit Redirect URL.
  • Click "Create".

3. Provide Xkit with the credentials.

  • Copy/paste the Client ID and Client Secret onto the Xkit Service Provider Settings.
  • Click "Save".
  • Customize the Catalog Settings if desired and then click "Save".

4. Complete the Xkit connection setup.

  • Select the scopes required for your App.
  • Click "Save".

You've now successfully connected Zoho (CRM) with Xkit!
