Multiple Connectors for the Same Service

If you want to use the same service in two different ways, you may want to create two separate connectors. To do this, you follow the same steps you would to set up the app the first time, except be sure to choose different Catalog details; specifically, the Display Name, URL Slug, App Short Description, and Connector Description should be different for each.

For example, you may want to allow your users to connect to PagerDuty (a) only for notifications and separately (b) for admin-level access to PagerDuty. In this case, you might have the Display Names be "PagerDuty Notifications" and "PagerDuty Admin," and would describe each integration's functionality in more detail in the description fields.
