Connecting with Apps

This section provides detailed walk-through instructions for how to connect apps with Xkit.

Apps have differing requirements and amount of setup needed. At a high level, in most cases, connecting with an app will involve:

• Registering your application with the app
• Providing Xkit with the credentials the application gives you
• Providing the app with the callback URL from Xkit
• Setting the required scopes/permissions in the app, Xkit, or both.
• (Optional) Customizing how the app will appear to your users in your integration catalog.
